Refund Policy

Refunds for obs_controller purchases are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, on our behalf.

1. One-time purchases

If obs_controller doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for. If you're within the first 14 days of your very first subscription payment, contact us for a full refund instead of a cancellation.

3. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point during the trial with nothing owed.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at the address listed on our homepage, or use the order confirmation email from Paddle, which includes a direct link to manage or request a refund for that order.
